These fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Trips longer than 7 nights, multi-country or with more than four travelers will be quoted after the Intake Call.
Rush Planning
The Last Minute
We are able to provide complimentary quotes for travel insurance. Regardless of whether you use use our quote or not, we highly recommend travel insurance.
For trip planning requests with less than 60 days prior to departure, we charge a rush fee starting at $350. We will discuss during our design call.
Travel Insurance
The Coverage
All air travel bookings incur a $150 fee per ticket with a maximum of $800 per family on the same itinerary.
Airplane Travel
The Flight
Starts at flat fee of $150 per week of travel for delivery of a PDF guide with 2 destination options with 2 accommodations and sample of activities. Additional destinations and weeks can be added for an additional fee. Does not include booking.
